  1. I would much rather have Pitts and play calling to actually use him. But if not Njoku would be a good enough replacement but no tagging Pitts and signing Njoku. Not going to tie up $23 million in TEs

  2. I think Njoku would be a solid fit in Atlanta especially with Stefanskis as HC. I think the Falcons should tag and trade Pitts in offseason and get that third rounder and go for an edge rusher. No telling what’s going to happen with the Pearce Jr situation and the Falcons definitely can’t go without filling that void

  3. So you say stefanski is supposed to be great with tight ends and your plan is to trade the tight end we spent a 4th ovr pick on? Makes no sense.

Let's see what stefanski can do with pitts. If we can't get a long term deal done at a good price then I'd tag him and give him another prove it deal. Then make a decision next year.

  4. No Njoku – Says on the injury list. Lossed quit a few steps off his game. Not the same Njoku you know. Stayed off the field in Cleveland and they are just letting him walk.. He's not the solid pick you are lead to believe.. You hear it here first. I will re visit this if Atlanta falls for this. Look at what Cleveland says. ' Fools Gold"

  5. You know what, I've changed my mind about KP.
Yeah maybe he's not exactly what we had hoped for and can be inconsistent…….BUT there are only so many players in the league who can actually take over a game single handedly.

He's proven he can so I'm good with locking him up with a 3-4 year deal.

  6. I will say Njoku is a motivator too. I just don’t know if I like Stowers. Feel like there are some other TEs that are solid that could be acquired a few picks later if we don’t trade for some more picks.

It’s hard to make mock before free agency. If we sign someone solid at receiver like Jennings, Doubs, Pickens, Pierce ect. I’d be fine with it.

  7. So in other words you hope the team moves sideways. Why not keep Pitts and have him as a WR? He is not good at blocking but he can catch and he is big and fast. I don't get why so called fans just want the team to be mediocre and complain when they are mediocre.
