Will the Bills or Patriots win the AFC East NEXT SEASON⁉️ First Take DEBATES 🔥

One team has more holes to fill with less cap space. But the other team is due for significant regression due to a first place and overall difficult schedule + Super Bowl hangover. Give me the Bills, baby.
I think whichever team finishes the season with the best overall record will take the division, we’ll see. Go bills
Convos you need to have now to get people watching your show….
Dont get me wrong I want it to be the bills, but I would tip my hat to the patriots. more cap space. younger team. more consistency on both sides of the ball.
We are going to need a heck of a draft boys.
The season’s barely over and they’re debating this? Man….Just goes to show the NFL is a 365 day a year sport. As for the premise, I think the Bills have a wide variance. They could either come out strong and win the division or things go to shit and we’re staring at mediocrity. There’s no middle ground here and i’m of the opinion it’ll be the former rather than the latter.
The Patriots were the beneficiary of a ridiculously easy schedule last year. There’s going to be regression for sure.
Usually one of the two super bowl teams have a medium to major regression. It’s not looking like that will be the Seahawks. Also, Maye is a good QB. Not a great QB. He may elevate to greatness next year, but their line is suspect. Honestly one of the deciding factors may be how Campbell bounces back.
I’ll take the Bills.
There is so much amazing sports content and you choose to watch first take? Why?
Bills are clearly better than the Patriots. JA17 in his prime. They were better this year and they will be better every year that JA17 is healthy and in his prime.
I think ultimately the Pats take the division again, they have something like the 5th most cap space and just went to the SB so they will be able to attract FA.
I do think a lot does come down to schedule though, we have a whole new defensive system and trying to find right fits I fully expect the defense to struggle probably for the first 4-6 weeks or so, and it Beane actually does what he should and not think he’s the smartest person ever you will have Allen supposedly learning a new playbook with two new WR. So if we say play Baltimore week 1 that’s probably a loss, while if we played them week 18 we probably win, if we play the Pats early that’s probably a loss but if we play the Jets instead it would be a win.
Honestly- schedule looks pretty much the same in terms of difficulty. If the D can stay healthy and get some reinforcements then we might be able to compete.
Bills will, Allen will put the easy schedule merchant (easiest in 25 years) in his place
Ummmm actually the Jets will 🤔
Not watching this bc you’re an AI account lol. Fuck off
Weren’t we gonna let the dolphins or jets get a turn?
So how does this affect the cowboys chances of making the Superbowl – First Take (later)
They definitely won’t. Pats run that division
My pick is J-E-T-E
What I do know is Josh can put up points on a tough defense. Drake Maye pooped his pants when he played against top defenses. The schedule will tougher for NE. To me the ceiling for them is 10-7 at best. I think with Josh, the floor is 11 wins. Go Bills!
I wouldn’t have thought the Pats had any shot last year at this time, but they went to the Super Bowl, so I don’t think now would be the best time to make predictions. We have a lot of variables going into this year. Last year was probably the most volatile this team has been since 2019 in terms of range from lowest floor to highest ceiling.
Easily the Bills. In my experience of watching football, the loser of the superbowl TENDS to struggle the following season. Roughly half don’t make the playoffs since 2000
Patriots will have a much tougher schedule this season, and they are not up to it. Early prediction here that the Bills will not only win the division, but will sweep the Patriots on the way to doing so.
I wanted to make a joke about the Jets maybe bouncing back, but I cant even take that seriously enough to joke about it.
