  5. It’s not a rebuild! 70% of the roster is the same as it was at the end of the 23/24 season. All they have done is minor tune-up of the already horrible roster that resulted in the 12th pick in the 2024 draft. This is exactly why they will end up picking 10-14 again this year… and again in 2027 …and 2028 …

  6. The team aka big picture must make changes with talent assessment and development.
    The lack of depth and numerous misses or over evaluation has hurt the rebuild more than anything else

  10. I don't think DB takes any swings unless it's a home run swing. No playoffs this year. This summer or at least the 27' summer there will be big moves made. They really should try for a top 5 this draft.

  12. When we talk about culture is it a winning one? The only Vet that’s been out of first round of playoffs in their career not counting bubble year was coots in 2012. The vets that have been here for a long time(TK,coots,Sanheim) have seen nothing but mediocrity or bad teams so how can they preach what the right way is and this how you win to younger guys?
