9. Kenny Clark probably is a great person but how is his play on the field different or better than what we have now ? Clark 30 years old is safe to say there's not much upside at this point and what you see is what you get kind of player. What the Bengals need is a player from the interior DL is sacks and breaking the pocket down. The free agent class isn't so great but it doesn't mean there isn't players who are ready to have break out years and I will continue pointing at Tampa Bays DT LOGAN HALL who would bring that something different the Bengals don't have currently on the team. For Tampa Bay Hall is a 3-4 DE who would be the perfect 3 tech for the Bengals and just getting ready to turn 26 years old. Logan Hall 6'6" 290 is very active in the middle able to fight off blocks against the rush and the ability to have a 10 sack season. Bengals FO, if your reading this I hope you look into this and the vision how a Logan Hall would help this team and players at other positions that play around him. If there's a break out player in free agency it will be Logan Hall.
