Expansion coming next year Las Vegas
Greg Abbott (governor until 2030) and Dan Patrick (Lt Gov and Pres of Texas Senate now and running for re-election for 4 more years) both strongly oppose legalized gambling in Texas. Very hard to the Adelson/Dumont group to get a casino built until this opposition is countered.
Maybe they bail on Texas and therefore sell the Mavericks. There will be a market. Cuban's group would have competition.
