  9. Zero energy. I would think with all of the seemingly positive change, he would be a little more excited about the upcoming season. As a fan, I get the “same shit different day” mentality. I’ve had that mentality for 40 years, but this feels different. I’m talking OG Gruden energy. I hope I’m looking at it wrong, but dude is talking like he’s already gone.

  17. He doesn’t seem like he’s really buying in here. I know that if he stays with us, he will continue to give 110%, but the fact that he wasn’t present on the clip with a bunch of players meeting Klint and then this clip, he just feels checked out.

  21. He’s a great player but if he doesn’t want to be here we should move on. This team needs a new set of leaders i.e. bowers, Jeanty, Mendoza, etc. who are going to take this thing forward. Crosby has too much cynicism built up from the prior regimes (at least that’s what it looks like)

  28. It’s time for Maxx to go. For his sake more than anything else. He fought the good fight and I will happily welcome him back when his career is over, but it’s time for his days as a Raider player to end.

  31. Think the clip needs to be longer to see if it’s missing any context.

    If Maxx is disenfranchised with the org it’s best to move him though, cause Maxx simply isn’t Maxx without the juice.

    Also could have nothing to do with Kubiak himself, shutting him down before the season was over may have just really bothered him or planted some seeds of distrust.

  35. Honestly I’ve felt like this dude is just more interested in being a celebrity than being a football player for a while now. I appreciate what he’s done, he’s a great player when he wants to be, but like for real I’m not mad if he doesn’t come back.
