The right hire and Raiders fans are not expecting 10 wins next year. We've waited so long and we'll wait another 3 year or so
Rich is the best. Not a drama queen like a lot of the podcasters and always has a soft spot in his heart for the Raiders. As bad as the Raiders have been in recent times, the alumni still come out in droves. There is no team in the NFL (and Kubiak touched on it in his presser) that treats its alumni as good as the Raiders.

My advice to Kubiak is to go back to Seattle beofre the raiders ruin yet another coach's career and all their players. I don't know why anybody would even want to coach for that dumbarse management.

I’m always optimistic with my Raiders. But in today’s society, there is no patience anymore with fans and media. But patience will be needed for the first couple of years to fix the roster and fix the trenches specifically. 🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️
The Raiders will use the first overall pick to choose a field goal kicker! 😂. Caveat, I’ve been a fan since 1976.
As a Saints fan, I was hoping Kubiak would get the HC job when Dennis Allen got fired. His offense was on fire whenever they were healthy. I hope it goes well for him

The raiders will do the opposite of everything this guy says and be successful. Maxx Crosby will be traded anyway because Tom Brady wants it.
Crosby will be happy if the defense isn't on the field for 45/60 minutes of gametime. Poor offensive play is a lot of stress on an already sketchy defense.
