23. The Heat are at their best with a spark plug/dawg on the court that rallies everybody to battle. Bam has too much responsibility so it can be him. D-Mitch can be that but as the starting PG he has to focus on setting up his teammates. Early in the season it was Pelle then Dru now Gardner is having that effect too. You can go back even further with guys like PJ Tucker and Haslem.

This is the weird rotation and fans asking spo to develop the young talent. Like why? Simone was 4/13 fg and 3/11 while ware was 7/15 fg and 2/3 3pts. Why?
