Before they fix the tanking problem they need to fix the rigged lottery draft system. For Dallas to have the #1 pick right after Luka gets traded was highly suspect.

The solution is simple stop rewarding losing. If the draft was actually random no matter your record teams would have no reason to lose on purpose. I do like the not repeating top picks rule tho
