Jesus this headline gave me a heart attack.
Seeing the words Nico and hamate together at a glance was not fun.
Why Nico specifically?
does this mean Pete will be a starter in the outfield and/or can team usa find another outfielder to replace carrol?
What’s with all these hamate bone injuries? Isn’t the usual cause of this a hit by pitch in the hand? Is there some newfangled swing exercise that’s breaking these bones?
While these guys recover in 6-8 weeks they end up with no power for months. It’s a 3 month injury but they play at 2 months and suck for 1 month.
I don’t know what a hamate bone is and at this point, I’m afraid to ask.
