But it remains unclear whether a deal for either quarterback is feasible given the financial hurdles for an acquiring team. There certainly are expected to be a handful of teams in the market for new quarterbacks. In addition to the Dolphins and Cardinals, the list could include the New York Jets, Atlanta Falcons, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers and Minnesota Vikings.”

  4. I'd rather have him than a washed up Cousins or any of the other sorry prospective qbs out there. The kid has talent, he's just been stuck on a garbage team. Rehab the kid and who knows? Even hobbits can throw the ball if given the time and weapons.

  15. HECK "NO",,,,,,,, I sooooooo wish people would STOP attaching Kyler Murray to the Vikings. How many coaches can one man get fired. He hasn't done anything "GOOD" sense college. My goodness, JJ has played in 10 games, how can you ever "BUILD" something if every time you hit a bump in the road, you're ready to trash the whole car. KOC has only had the same QB ONCE, Give the man a chance to work, and if we are ready to trash every player that gets hurt, We won't be able to field a team. In My humble opinion, They should find the Best "BACK UP" for JJ, so if and when he gets hurt there won't be such a drop off. And also get a FULLTIME Center and a "GOOD" back up for CD at LT, he hasn't been able to stay healthy either.

  26. N! Stop with the Kyler Murray crazy talk. He's notorious for not being a team player, not being a good locker room guy, not a good leader. And you expect Kevin O'Connell, Mr. Culture to want this guy?🤣🤣🤣 Murray is short, he's a frantic sandlot kind of player and now that he's older, he's not even as good at that as he once was, but he's always made a lot of bad decisions under pressure. He would be the absolute worst choice as a Vikings QB. Please, you're wasting everyone's time with this silly talk. Kirk Cousins is the best choice and he will be back starting with this team.

  30. Vikings fan living in AZ here. NOOO!!! Murray had 7 seasons playing for the Cardinals, he never elevated his game or tried to develop his skill. Az spent a fortune on his contract.

    Remember when he signed his latest contract, AZ had to put in a film study clause in the deal. They later took it out after it became controversial.

    And remember when Az almost beat Minn. and he threw up a pass under pressure and the Vikes intercepted to seal the win? Well, he had the tendency to do this throughout his time in AZ.

    Fans in AZ were done with him and are glad to see him go!
