What good is having 2 out of 4 routes get open if Bryce is scrambling, throwing the ball away, or checking down before he gets hit.
Ickey, who’s already not good, will probably be hurt and Mays looks as if he’ll not be affordable. Everyone else on the line has a poor injury history even if we re-sign them.
You can't improve your pass rush if you don't rush the passer. It's why we get beat in the secondary on a routine basis. QBs and receivers are too talented in the league to give them as much time as the Panther's defensive scheme allows.
Middle Linebacker, Edge Rusher, and Tackle are our biggest needs imho. Free agency to get a veteran edge rusher to compliment our two edge rushers we drafted last year, and draft a middle or T/G in the 1st round.
