1. I think the Rengifo signing signaled we’re not interested in Paredes.

2. The odds of this happening may as well have evaporated once they signed Rengifo. That’s their solution for 3B right now.

4. They could throw Bill Hall out there this year and I’d like it more than David Hamilton. They’ve proved me wrong before though

5. Renfigo is going to be more like a monasterio replacement. We will do what we did last year and promote a prospect in May to manipulate service time.

7. I don’t know why Houston would trade him. This isn’t happening. He is custom made for their ballpark and the article justifies the trade based on the health of Alvarez and Correa lol good luck with that

8. I’d be all for it, honestly. I feel he’ll have a bounce back year and I’d appreciate if that’s with the Crew. That said, as others pointed out, with Renfigo, I don’t know that the Brewers feel that urgency to go for another 3B. Though, we do have a ton of pitchers so offloading 1 or 2 wouldn’t hurt the team all that much, honestly.
