37. B. Schotty deserves a lot of credit. With all of his coaching moves, it shows that he's not insecure and he is planting the seeds for his "tree".
    Even though Schotty is an older first time HC, he knows ball and he understands the league trends.

    Now, even though our offensive personnel is top tier, the offense needs to evolve and expand. Schotty's ish and his play calling tendencies are on film now. We need to be mindful of this as we move into next season.
