  1. Dolphins topping the list tells me everything I need to know about how important these grades are

  2. Additional specifics, per Joseph Pasteris (via Twitter):

    -Pats ranked 26/32

“Players cited clear improvement in culture under HC Mike Vrabel (A grade, top-10 leaguewide), strong marks for the offensive coordinator (3rd overall) and strength staff, and better treatment of families (up to a B).

“But major concerns remain: team travel graded an F (airplane ranked last, described by one player as “borderline unsafe”), bottom-five facilities including the weight room and training room, low food quality tied to offsite prep, and continued frustration over synthetic turf.”

  3. The good news is that the new training facility should be done soon. Also, I can’t imagine it would be too much to ask to refurbish the plane in some way to make it at least decent or to increase the quality of the food.

  4. Little disappointed to see an awful score for team travel and okay score for treatment of families. I saw a lot of media clips that showed a lot of care taken towards travel and the players families. Maybe those were misleading. On another note, I’m bemused that Wolf got a solid score

  5. I love how after being told they can’t release the report card it just “accidentally” gets leaked lol

    So fucking funny

  6. Is the new training facility not done yet? I feel like that would change a couple of these to more positive. On the other hand if the facility is already built and these are the scores from that whole project, that’s disappointing for the team.

  7. Coaches and staff scored very well:

    Head coach (Mike Vrabel): A

    Offensive coordinator (Josh McDaniels): A

Defensive coordinator (I assume Kuhr?): B

Special teams coordinator (Jeremy Springer): B+

    Strength Coaches: A-

    General Manager (Eliot Wolf): B+

All things considered, for the first year with this group together, that’s a pretty sterling set of grades. Most of the low scores overall for the team have to do with the facilities which will mostly be addressed by the new ones currently under construction. But if a player values winning above all and just loves playing football, the grades listed above are the ones that matter most to them in all likelihood.

  8. Kraft could solve 95% of this teams problem on these grades by just selling the stupid team plane and doing what ever other team does.

  9. So for the Pats, it seems like the things Vrabel is in charge of scored higher than the things Kraft is in charge of. Not apples to apples, but that was my impression.

  10. This just further makes what Vrabel did with the team even more commendable. Holy fuck that’s terrible.

  11. Why is our owner so damn cheap?! They have to have made more money than most other franchises over the last 27 years. Wtf.

  12. A bit surprised by the ranking of their position coaches to be honest. I thought they all did a really good job this year and when asked the players seemed to speak very highly of them.

  13. Last year grades: https://nflpa.com/report-cards/2025/new-england-patriots

Notable improvements: Treatment of families, Training Staff, weight room, head coach, team ownership.

    Notable regressions: Food/dining.

Team travel is still an F.

Overall, it’s good to see mostly notable improvements over a year. Ownership going from D to B- could be the glow from winning, but it also could indicate the players see an actual effort to improve things.

  14. Just give up the plane, Bobby. If you love it so much, you fuckin fly in it.

Charter the player flights like the mega-billionaire you are.

  15. Surprised the Team Ownership (B-) Defensive Coordinator (B) and Position Coaches B- were comparatively lower. I though Zach Kuhr did admirable for having to step up and the position coaches definitely had parts of the team over performaning based on talent.

  16. I don’t know why but I think it’s funny the owner gets a B- but everything the owner has control over gets raked over the coals.

  17. Some of these scores should improve after they move into their new training facility on site in the spring…it’s looks pretty bland/generic, particularly in comparison to some other teams who recently built no training facilities, but it is going to be a huge upgrade from their old training areas. A couple of years back I remember reading about what a joke there weight room is, including equipment that is torn and hasn’t been replaced and free weights that are decades old.

It’s obvious that Kraft didn’t do enough (?anything) in terms of the poor dining and travel scores. It should have been easy to improve those scores with a little extra investment, which is not surprising given Kraft’s thriftiness with regard to certain aspects of the team. I’d be curious to see a breakdown of what causes the F grade for travel. Unless she has retired in the past couple of years, they’ve had the same travel secretary for the past 25+ years and people supposedly love her. Can’t remember her name but she was featured on one of the “Do Your Job” videos. That leaves the team planes and quality of the hotels as possible culprits. Has Kraft been cheaping out on the quality of the hotels and/or the size of the room rooms for the players?

  18. Can only imagine what score would be without coaches. Seems everything kraft is responsible for is cheap and underperforming.

  19. After scrolling through all of them our scores are collectively among the worst in the league… again

  20. Sometimes I wonder how bad the food can actually be or if its rich people just being picky.

  21. ive seen the way these dudes are fed. if that’s not an A+ were just dealing with a bunch of spoiled pussies.
