5. I really do not agree with how you see these trades. Howard wants 21 million and he simply is not worth that. He is not above average. He is average. And the trade details changed from a 5th to a 4th because another team tried to come in and take Montgomery after the initial trade came out. So it bumped up to a 4th. And also a 4th for a PROVEN good RB is an easy decision. We have multiple late day picks. These picks are not going to be starters. They will be depth at most. Even after these trades we still have all our 1, 2, and 3rd round picks. It’s really not bad at all.

   There’s going to have to be some huge wins for the oline in FA and the draft to make this look like an A

17. Anybody giving these trades anything other than an F is loco. Tytus is a top 4 passing OL. Yeah he sucks in the run game sure but people pay alot to pass protect. a 5th round pick is a robbery. Motgomery is a mid rb…. he is not a starter quality back. He was in a good system behind the best back in the league. He is a one year rental, we aren't paying that dude 10m next year…. Javonta signed for 8m….. Montgomery is neither a great value nor a great back. This was a dogshit set of trades. I would never trade tytus for montgomery and we basically did that, plus moved back in the draft. I like Caserio but this wasn't it.

29. I give it an F. We should’ve got way more for Howard or just kept him. He’s played good at every position we’ve told him to play. As far as Montgomery, I feel like we gave way too much for him. Yes he’s a good running back but he’s also up there in age. I feel he’s worth a solid 4th. So imo these trades get an F

32. as a texans fan and houstonian I belive it's a good trade. Next definitely need Ol I sse there also looking at a center. Looks ok so far what ever it takes to score .putting it in the end zone. Not use your D to win games.

35. I’m giving it a B. Could’ve gotten a day 2 pick for Howard I think but it was clear Caserio was feeling the heat on timing. Monty has been reported that another team was real close to trading for him hence the 4th. Overall, you free up like 10m in cap space AND get your starting 1A RB. Not in love with the idea of four new starters AGAIN but also I respect Caserio for saying last year still wasn’t good enough and the team has to get better.

It seems that Nick can continue to make mistakes as long as the team makes money.

38. Lions fan here. DMo is elite. He was great in Chicago without an OL and in Detroit he was key to winning so many games. Watch the OT drive against the Rams in 2024. Watch his 150 yard game against the Ravens this past season. DMo is a starting back in any other team. He was misused this year by the incompetent Morton and Campbell. There were games where Gibbs was getting stuffed. DMo comes in and gains yards and then they go back to Gibbs who could not get it done. DMo is a tackle breaking machine. Enjoy him because we are going to feel his absence.
