4. I"m reminded of the NFL Films video about Jimmy Johnson, where he's on his yacht with Bill Belichick and the two of them are talking about personnel decisions. Jimmy tells Bill how he's learned never to sign a stupid player. This is why Rashee Rice needs to go. He's obvioiusly an imbecile. The Chiefs need fewer of those, not more.
