  1. Hazen is doing what he can with the budget and commitments in place. I like keeping Marte, getting Arenado, resigning Kelly, and parting with McCarthy. Not sure about Soroka, but it's a low cost, somewhat risky signing. I'm ok with not signing Galen, he will be expensive and has been declining over the years – it's too risky. The only area where I would have out more focus, is high leverage bullpen arm – which i thought they should have gotten last year – but this might be do expensive. It's not a great off-season, but with thise injuries and payroll, Hazen doesn't have much to work with.
