I love Nico. I hope he retires with the Devils and we see his name up there with Daneyko & Brodeur at the Rock.
I also hope the guys fully get their confidence back and believe in themselves. The results this season don’t reflect the talent of this roster, and I believe they’ll have a better year next season.
The issue is history says Jack will get injured and miss time. They cannot go into next season penciling Jack in to play 65 plus games. They need to have an actual plan which should include getting another actual good center. They also need to not tailor everything through Jack because for 3 years, we’ve seen what it’s like when it is and he’s not available.
