  1. As a mariners fan I love the breakdown, but Jake has got to get off the “Emerson Hancock is banging on the door” thing. He’s a sixth starter at best and as soon as Kade Anderson is ready he’s moving to the bullpen

  10. Neither goes past the wildcard. Phillies are aging. Mariners just aren’t that good, especially when Cal comes back to reality. 30 homers max. Biggest deadweight in the WBC. Julio would rather be in the WBC. Should be entertaining

  13. Taking the under on the 2026 Mariners based on their win totals during the Dark Ages is loser behavior. Look at those starting lineups and rotations and compare them to what we've got now, it's not even close.

  19. Everyone is a mariners fan on the side because they’re harmless and never make it anywhere in October lol.

    It’s easy to “like” the charlotte hornets too because their colors are nice and their announcer is funny, and they never beat the team you are actually a fan of.

    Actually mad disrespect to the mariners to say everyone likes them lol

  24. Jake is a little high on Vargas and Hancock for me, those guys have definitely have their struggles but I dont hate their upside as depth pieces. Hancock seems to have dwindled since his TJ surgery a couple years ago but has found success with his sinker the last year or so. Vargas seems to be our most streaky hot and cold reliever
