Its cause he was suppose to be Duck, but Bettman doesnt know the difference between Ducks and Penguins.
As a kid it was an incredible movie, so not really surprising to me.
He was soooo close to being a duck.
Who wasn’t. Grew up a Habs fan. Loved the ducks. Became my true rooting interest for a while.
