Not just the Vezina , Ilya deserves MVP votes if they make the playoffs

Why he’s not in the hart conversation is beyond me
What would he be worth in a hypothetical trade
It’s crazy how bad we’d be this year if not for him.
Are these fancy stats considered when taking into account Vezina?
Think where’d they be without him..
Whether a team makes the playoffs shouldn’t affect whether someone wins an MVP but okay.
He has been amazing
Painful.to think he probably won’t win either award. Still pisses me off Ullmark beat him that year
Never going to happen unfortunately. We are shunned in the mainstream hockey world. We’re not considered “gods” like those in a certain shithole up north.
Remember early in the season and last year morons saying he’s a fraud and bad.
Take away Shaefer and Sorokin and we never even compete for a playoff spot this year. Take away peak years from a lot of our players (hopefully a trend) and we had a good shot at another lottery pick. But those two deserve the hardware headed their way for sure.
Don’t forget Big Save Dave has been great backup this year!
Breaking news: The Islanders defense has been trash all year.
