NFL Draft insider Todd McShay released his third NFL mock draft for the 2026 NFL Draft. The Miami Dolphins have two first round picks, No. 11 and No. 30, and plenty of Dolphins roster needs. McShay had the Dolphins drafting USC WR Makai Lemon with the 11th pick to be the Jaylen Waddle replacement. In Todd McShay’s NFL mock draft 3.0, he had Miami drafting Tennessee CB Colton Hood with the 30th pick. “The Dolphins’ roster has a ton of needs, so it’s not like drafting a wide receiver following the departures of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle is an absolute must here. But from a value-need alignment standpoint, I love this pick. Lemon was a three-year player and two-year starter at USC who improved year over year and racked up 1,920 receiving yards across his final two seasons. He’s tough as nails on contested catches, his ball skills are outstanding, and he’s a super-advanced route runner. Lemon posted 3.00-plus career yards per route run versus both man and zone coverage; the only others to do so in college since 2021 are Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Jaylen Waddle, Ja’Marr Chase, DeVonta Smith, Marquise Brown, Tee Higgins, and D’Wayne Eskridge”

I’ll be honest. It might be an unpopular opinion. However – they have a surefire starter at EDGE in Chop Robinson. They do NOT have a starter at WR. So to me, WR is IMMINENTLY first priority.
Outside of an exceptional D player falling to 11, the entire top of the draft should be offense 😮

I believe we’re getting Downs at 11 but if he’s gone we’re getting an OL at 11 and at 30 we’re getting Denzel Boston at 30…He only drafts tall WRs and he drafts them late 30 is basically a 2nd round pick
