1. The Ducks have been AWESOME this season… except for one McTavish sized elephant in the room. What do YOU guys think will happen with McTavish long term? Is this just a fluke down season? Or could we see a trade in the future? #GravGang

6. The Ducks also have a logjam of high end young LD's. More than likely either Mintyukov or Zellweger will be traded this offseason. Both are top four players and with LaCombe being their number one D, there just isn't enough room. One will have to go. The return for wither should be very good as well.

7. I know there is a shootout in the playoffs…Thank God, but McTavish is solid gold in shootouts! That's can't be ignored. He has gotten Anaheim more than a few extra points because of that!

16. How did we get here in 2026 that someone gets scratched and its like, oh he's being traded. He's fine, he's another player who's signed a contract late into training camp (Swayman last year) who's had an off year. You don't give up on a 22 year old potential 2nd line center.

24. consider that before the season nobody expected Sennecke to become a full time NHL player yet. so add Beckette, and Grandlund to the mix leaves little room for anyone. I'm pissed they have Cutter, their leading goal scorer playing on the 3rd line just because Terry came back into the lineup. So it is ridiculous the amount of potential thee Ducks' forward group has.

25. Sorry ,Grav ,but in no way McTavish was one of the reasons of Ducks' rise. Beckett, Leo and Cutter— they are.

26. McTavish came out of the draft with the prospect of being the Duck's Getzlaf replacement as soon as he grew up and got settled in the league. He's having a bad year and he's not doing himself any favors by not playing more physical to make up for his lack of scoring. The Leafs are coming to town next week and they've got a target on Radko Gudas. If McTavish drops his gloves and shows he's a true leader who isn't going to let visitors come into his house and push people around, his mediocre season will be forgotten.

    He would be insulated by Scheifele and Lowry it be a good fit.
