2. Leafs fans alway do this. They get some middle of the road guy who shows an ounce of life for a game or a little stretch and their ready to lock him up make him the captain lmao. Cowan isnt even in Toronto in 3-4 years.

I certainly get it. 49 years was a long time but then… Just watched highlights of the Islanders game that was fun. The kids are coming along.

35. I'm a Bruins fan who watches LFRs but not Leafs games. That means I was both surprised and not surprised by how well the Leafs played. Respect for Cowan going after Zadorov. Do fans of the other 30 teams share my confusion when Leafs fans and media yet again correctly criticize the team for not standing up for each other? Isn't that the bare minimum? Even the least skilled team can do that.
