28. If Peters valued safety he wouldn't have let Curl walk for just 2yr $9M. Safety isn't a valuable position to him and Downs brings questions with his knee. Tate has to be the pick given how costly WR is where mediocrity is paid $10M AAV, good is paid $20M, very good $30M and elite $40M. Safeties are lucky to get half that so at 7 it has to be Tate.
