[NHL] Luke Hughes with the stretch pass. Jack Hughes with the goal. It was all Hughes brothers on this one!

Hughes to Hughes connection
Jack’s footwork on this is insane.
Very Quinn-like with that stretch pass.
Absolute beer league play, love it
Up 4-1 in the first, but poor goaltending made that all but evaporate. Good thing the Devils managed to find the back of the net a few more times.
This might be the longest stretch pass possible under NHL rules. Luke is behind the goal line in the far corner and hits Jack justttt before the blue line onsides.
Goddamn instagram hockey 😆
Seems like a risky choice for Jack to head up ice immediately after the Stars dumped it in the corner. Lots of trust that Luke would get it and be able to get him to it cleanly. But that’s exactly what happened for a highlight reel goal, so what the hell do I know?Â
Luke missing camp, as well as missing out on summer training due to shoulder surgery clearly fucked with his head this year because at this level you can almost never catch up unless you’re injured mid season.
Since his brief IL stint and the Olympic break, it seems like he finally has a moment to just stop, breathe, and reflect, because he has been so much better upon return.
A three-line pass is very impressive considering they used to have a rule that two-line passes were an automatic whistle.
Why couldn’t we start winning games earlier?
I hate how decent this team looks right now. They aren’t perfect, but they look competitive finally. Jacks hand injury really derailed this season.
