  1. I remember in one interview, Alpi said Embiid was the toughest guy for him to defend because he’s just too strong, clever and versatile. I like Alpi as much as the next guy but Embiid’s peak is way higher than Alpi.

  2. Embiid too stiff to defend a triplle tween behind the back euro step fadeway

The one on one with the mvp embiid is a no, and the name gooner is a no!

  4. Given Embiid’s injury risk he might be onto something. But healthy Embiid, I don’t think so.

  5. Embiid would injure himself after about 2 minutes so yeah it seems a fairly correct take

  6. Right now? Mostly. But healthy Embiid in his prime will destroy anyone in the history of NBA

  7. Y’all are crazy. Embiid, at peak and healthy, is the closest thing we’ve seen to Hakeem since Hakeem. He’s a beast on both sides of the ball. He was right there with Joker in MVP races.

    Come on.

  8. Hell nah, healthy Embiid could’ve been the greatest center of all time lol. Too big, too strong elite scorer and defender. Look up his 70pt game against Wemby’s Spurs.

  9. In his prime? There’s not a single center in NBA history that I’m taking in a 1v1 over Embiid.

  10. Embiid is way more skilled and even a bit more athletic than alpie so no way.

  11. I wasn’t expecting to hear Chandler Parsons weigh in on the rockets in 2026 and honestly maybe he just minds his own business

  12. I think since parsons is a professional robber his minds kind of messed with like without his blood pressure medication and I think me meant to say if embiid was injured and they played 1 on 1 like ina wheelchair injured

  13. Not a good take, but not completely bad.

Sengun would lose a normal one on one with a light whistle. A more strict whistle and he has a chance. Not a big chance but a better chance.

  14. Sengun I feel would be a surprisingly good 1v1 player. That said prime embiid had the best scoring bag of any center ever and was a better defender as well
