Yay for JJ! Jeremiah has consistently shown he can hit. The O's need dependable hitters to WIN. Alexander was brought in for defense if that's all you're interested in, I hope JJ starts at second and Blaze can be depended upon to sub for Mayo at third or for JJ at second in later innings in high probable win games. Seems like a no-brainer to me,
I have a bold prediction. The Orioles will win 100+ games and take the AL East.

bold prediction: the orioles trade jackson holliday at the deadline. they've got enough competent infielders, especially if westy gets healthy and/or jeremiah jackson stays good. and if holliday stays a league average hitter with bad defense, you might as well cash in on his percieved upside while it's still there
