  5. I’m glad Briere built a close locker room. It’s great they’re all friends and can hangout and watch the playoffs together this summer while they’re sitting home…again.

  6. I think TK has been here long enough to know philly sports is awful, no matter what he said he's going to get hate. So he says what he wants. i appreciates that about him.

  8. Really good point about moving Zegras to center position. Fans really didn't think that one through and probably shouldn't be mad about him (specifically) not scoring as much.

  9. The Flyers don’t have nearly enough talent. There’s NO FIREPOWER. No dman on the PP, no 100 point center, or 40 goal wing.

    That’s how last night happens.

  10. Owen Tippett and Jett Luchanko might be a very interesting combination when he eventually gets here.
    Tocchet has mentioned that his system and his philosophy favor "pairs" of guys that play well together and adding a 3rd guy who complements them to their mix.
    Not sure if it'll work out but can't wait to see it tried.

  13. They. Are. Doing. It. Again.
    This franchise is in love with the mushy middle. They can't help themselves. Looking like a solid playoff team like in 2024? How about a season-ending losing streak getting crushed by the worst teams in the league, en route to missing the playoffs and a mushy middle finish?
    A solid first half this year, when fans were saying they could challenge Carolina for the division? (Don't deny it… that happened!) How about a p!$$ poor January, looking like it would end their promising season… but wait!! Rather than lean in to it, they go on another run, even though we should all know better, and then they'll choke in key games, and end up missing the playoffs for a franchise worst 6th season in a row, but again clinch a mushy middle finish. Again.
    Again!
    Is Herb Brooks yelling "Again!" at them each season from his grave?
