Did anybody else notice the body language of the team after Sengun’s game saving block? Nobody came to help him up, nobody came to high five him, nobody came to chest bump him or anything. Literally no hype from his teammates whatsoever. They all just turned around and hardly even looked at him. He had to chest bump a COACH for crying out loud. This teams chemistry and bond is in the gutter. The only person that came to show him support was Reed.

And yeah I get that they may have been upset about the TO prior to the block but come on man he put the team on HIS back and they all TURNED their backs

  1. One guy injured himself for a tie. The other four were disappointed for not being able to go home earlier.

  2. I think if we went back and watched games from the first month of the season, we’d see a completely different attitude.

  3. They dont like playing together. Slim reaper did his part. Udoka is another reason.

  4. It’s pretty obvious that KD has been a negative influence on the team chemistry and what not, a positive in the development of our young core. But ultimately if something like this doesn’t fire you up then you’re playing for the wrong reason. Ime has been a great coach up until this season.

  5. I mean if that block happened in a pick up game in the hood i would be hyped.

It is weird these dudes turned and walked to the bench. Really shitty situation.

  6. This was such a badass play it reminded me of when ANT blocked Nesmith at the buzzer a few years ago. Can’t believe none of your guys celebrated that. -wolves fan

  7. It’s a weird triangle of dislike/awkwardness/personality differences between KD, Sengun, and Ime. I really wish they could get to the bottom of it. How about a players only meeting? It seems to work for the Astros…

  8. Ok now show the body language after Amen Game winner , or after any of KDs game winners , or Senguns dagger and 1 vs Giannis , or vs the hawks , or show when KD took the young core out in Denver , or show KD’s podcast with Amen , or all the quotes Bari & Reed have said all season long ab KD leadership , or Tari’s mom saying KD switched his locker to be next to Tari after he didn’t get his money too make sure he’s good. I can go on and on with multiple moments where the team is clearly vibing , but I’ve nvr seen a team who is actively struggling vs bad teams jump around and celebrate like they won a championship bc a game is going to OT… You don’t over celebrate until the game is over that literally something athletes learn day 1. Do you know how dumb they’d look if they celebrated that block like it was a game WINNING block & then proceed to blow a 13pt lead in OT? If I’m not mistaken that block came after a turnover or bad shot that would’ve ended the game there so ofc ppl are mad & frustrated bc it shouldn’t have taken all that in the first place. It’s like when we win and vibes are clearly high y’all disappear but as soon as we take an L here comes all the “they hate each other posts”. I don’t think you doomers understand they toll it can take on team when you lose your 2 most important role players & now you have everyone playing out of position after they spent an entire offseason working on playing their original positions , and you now have to rely on bad basketball players to play essential roles in winning.

  9. I don’t think this particular clip shows anything – it’s crunch time, and everyone’s locked in. But I do agree that vibes are off, and I attribute that more to the piss-poor coaching than I do players disliking each other.

  10. Because we had control of the possession before this. KD made a terrible turnover that almost cost the game.

  11. Because it was a bad play and a clear foul at the buzzer that would have cost the game 99% of the time.

  12. We all see where this is going… 1st round exit… either KD or Ime (or both) gone… and scathing articles getting released with unnamed sources. Feels eerily similar to the Suns fiasco, especially the ‘24 1st round sweep by MIN.

  13. Sheppard tried to shake his hand twice before this early and in the middle of the game and Sengun ignored him. If you notice after the block Sheppard went to him again tapped him on the arm and Sengun didn’t even look at him. I think Durants attitude rubbed off on him and nothing short of a new coach that demands respect and that they have each others back and talk to each other regardless of feelings will fix this team. Happy Sengun is gone and it’s sad to see because as good as he’s playing if you look at Sheppard body language after he wouldn’t shake his hand the first time during Reeds free throws it looked like he felt bad about it for a bit. Stuff like that can kill a team and that’s what Durant brought with him. I miss Brooks like when he got his two fines being happy with Amen 😔

  14. Sengun deserves a better team. Ime is a huge let down. At this point we just hope for a better chemistry next year

  15. It’s the KD effect. Last year it was one for all and all for one. Now everybody is on their own. Every game we throw another player under the bus. Ime Udoka killed the chemistry with KD.“

  16. I can see at least two or three players giving him a pat on the shoulder and back. But whatever.

  17. I see a bunch of guys that don’t enjoy the game rn
