  1. If the Packers trade back in the second round, it’s not gonna be for a pick swap. They’re gonna pick up an additional fourth round pick.

  2. I agree Ponds probably isn't a good fit at corner. He's kind of undersized for a corner. He's a bit too light @ 182 lbs. Especially considering that most corners don't change their playing weight from college to the pro's in a significant way.

I really like Derrick Moore and Dennis-Sutton. They both have good size, speed, and power to compete as starting OLBs in the next couple of years. They've both been very productive in the big ten. However, the Pack probably don't need an edge rusher as much as they need 3 techs and/or 3/4 ends.

This draft is stacked at nosetackle. The Pack might want to target the few 3 techs or 3/4 ends available in the draft.

The Pack don't need a starting DT or CB this season, but they will probably be looking for a starter at those positions for next season. Next season there will be a number of contracts expiring on the Pack roster.

The tape on Igbinosun looks good, but he's also a bit on the lighter side at 6'2" 189 lbs. You might wonder if he could still play in the pros at his current weight.

Zuhn looks like a versatile swing tackle. He wouldn't be a bad pick in the 4th.

I also like Endries. He looks like a dynamic playmaker. However, blocking is very important at the TE position.

There's a lot of good players in the mid to later rounds of the draft. Can't wait to see who the Pack take. GPG!πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ’š

  3. The Green Bay Packers can benefit from a cornerback class that makes up for a lack of elite high-end talent with a ton of depth. If the Green Bay Packers want to add an outside cornerback with some solid size, names like Davison Igbinosun, Julian Neal, and Chris Johnson should be on their radar as Jonathan Gannon has historically valued cornerbacks who can be disruptive down the field. But if the Green Bay Packers want a smaller cornerback who can line up in the slot, Malik Muhammad, Keith Abney, and Keionte Scott could be right there on their radar board for them to draft in Day 2 of the 2nd round of the 2026 NFL draft at No.52. If size concerns forces those cornerbacks to fall, then D’Angelo Ponds could be in play. Slot cornerbacks are less of a concern for the Green Bay Packers, given how well Javon Bullard has played for them last season. The 3rd round could be a prime spot for a pass-rusher, especially with Micah Parsons looking to work his way back to full health before the start of the 2026-27 NFL season. LT Overton could be a nice target as a 3rd-round defensive lineman for the Green Bay Packers, while Malachi Lawrence or Joshua Joseph could be good choices for them in the 3rd round because of their stand-up speed on the edge. The Green Bay Packers’ defense could be in for a major regression next season, no matter if they still had Jeff Hafley or Jonathan Gannon, as the lack of talent at some of their key positions after the start of the offseason. So drafting well better mitigate some of that damage. Go Pack Go πŸ’šπŸ’šπŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ§€πŸ§€

  4. Not trying to be a hater or talk shit but I think that's a trade the packers would never do. They aren't going to trade for swaps they need EXTRA draft capital… You traded back then drafted a Igbinoson who would have been there at 84 anyway… A pointless trade, basically traded back for absolutely nothing & have to pay him more than if we took him at 84 😫

  5. He better be more of an outside linebacker type if they are truly moving to a 3-4 Grant it they will play a lot out of a 2-4-5 nickel but if he is going to be a three down player he isn't a 4 tech.

  6. PFF is not all that. Dude, don't you think we will re-sign Diggs? Micah and him bros…c'mon.
Okay, we get it. Nobody 5'6" 124Lb.
    Draft Halton ….right there.
