  1. I remember being in the navy back then and we had 3 guys on the ship from Augusta GA and they were all pretty much fight at the drop of hat Brothas. I wasn't surprised that Horace was the only guy on the team that was willing to stand up to MJ.

  2. It’s just logic Horace 😂 17 games nontrwining camp. He scored 55 because of muscle memory but he wasnt ready for the season. He wa snuat thay good he can show flashes of the former mj. He didnt need a hall of famer to beat you he needed Dennis to beat Shaq and Penny 😂

  3. MJ scored 55pts in one game but he still didn't average 30pts in those 17 games after coming back from baseball. Shoot, he scored 51 and 45 with the Wizards at one point but he still wasn't the same player.

  4. I give him that Magic was a better team that year but Jordan was not himself that year. Jordan took off almost 2 years and only played 17 regular season games that season.

  5. No he got his Porsche and was almost…almost like prince trying to run over Michael Jackson and his mama after he got embarrassed in front of James brown…. it sounds like he might have been mad but not that crazy mad….I think I explained his anger better. It's dignified focused passion and not psychotic anger

  6. Facts because the bulls picked up Ron Harper and Dennis Rodman the next season and that made the difference and that's why I say teams win championships

  7. All yall taking shit. Yes your goat lost before and during his championship run. It’s crazy no one acknowledges that. And either do the acknowledge the bulls always had the best team on paper in the 90s

Top defenders , rounders , 3 point shooters and center.

But MJ only played 1 on 5 let yall tell it

  8. I have been a Magic fan since 1989, when l was 24 years old. Getting Penny and Shaq in the lottery was amazing but when Horace Grant told the rest of the league that the Magic was the team he would sign with, it made the Magic a prime time team! Thank you Horace!!🙏

  9. "He needed a hall of famer to beat me". riiiight. Your team won because MJ wasn't in basketball shape after playing baseball… You on the other hand, ain't shit…

  10. Just because MJ had a great game at the garden don't mean those 17 games he played that season had him ready and in his season form he did not have a pre season or a season to get ready he just had 17 games to prepare he wasn't in his full MJ mode that's why the next season he swept that ass there's a huge difference

  11. They replaced him with a much better less lazy version. MJ was not in game shape and nowhere near as quick. You could see the rust. Horace needs to stop. He sounds foolish.

  12. Love the general but something was off when he came back the shot was flat he had no lift in his legs could barely elevate, the muscle mass was not there..even Penny said in his doc when he got in shape it was over. His beating them the following year dismantled that team

  13. You never would think that they could have replacement athletes but they do 😅 This is not the real Horce Grant folks. I think the dumming down of people mind my the powers that be is something incredible and I think it started when they brought you a black Michael Jackson and then a Micheal Jackson that was from India and then a Chinese Michael Jackson and the dumb people with their own eyes still said he was the same person 🤯🤯🤡. This side of earth is hell and the rich and famous leave and go to heaven on the other side of the earth. Not all the songs throughout the decades referring to the other side

  14. After the victory over the Bulls.. then Orlando was swept by Houston. That is 4 to 0 broom. MJ was just getting restarted and he led Chicago to the NBA eastern conference championship.. not bad.

  15. Luv Longley, kukoc, wennington and will Vanderbilt were the primary bigs in that series and got abused by Horace and Shaq. Decent chance the magic still win the series against peak MJ.

2 things can be true though and it is incredibly ignorant to point to one game and say “MJ was MJ” he was thinner, inefficient like the wizards MJ, and wore down as games went on instead of getting stronger. I want to say he was 20 pounds lighter and was clearly not in basketball shape, like I said though the magic may have beaten them anyway.

  16. How is Grant has always been a few steps off the mop. For him to have played with Jordan for all those years and then have the nerve to say that MJ was still MJ when he came back is ridiculous. He’s an NBA player so he should know better. I get not wanting to tarnish what your team did but don’t try to fool people who were watching it live and followed Jordan’s career as it unfolded.
