Carlos Alcaraz holds a 15-2 record in Madrid, according to the Infosys ATP Win/Loss Index.

Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner and Novak Djokovic are on the entry list for the fourth ATP Masters 1000 event of the season, the Mutua Madrid Open.
The clay-court event, which runs from 22 April-3 May, is set to feature all of the current Top 10 players in the PIF ATP Rankings. Casper Ruud is the defending champion at the ATP Masters 1000 event, having won the biggest trophy of his career at the tournament in 2025.

World No. 1 Alcaraz is a two-time champion on home soil in Madrid, while Sinner is a two-time finalist at the Masters 1000 event. Djokovic is a three-time titlist, last lifting the trophy in 2019.
Former champions Alexander Zverev and Andrey Rublev are in the field. Former Next Gen ATP Finals champions Learner Tien and Joao Fonseca will also both be in action.
