  1. If by a home run he means “and it’s gone!! Outta here!!”, then by all means

  2. *Well at least when he lies, this mother fucker lies big.*

  3. We’re 1,000% committed to getting this thing right while trotting out DeShaun fucking Watson as our starting quarterback? What?

  4. Jesus folks…what is he supposed to say? This is all for show. Theres no way they give deshaun the job

  5. The only logic I can find here is that we’re hoping he gets injured and we get another settlement payment out of it to reduce the crushing blow of this asshole’s contract.

  6. He started 2 years in a row and missed the swing even before he got injured. I guess they wanna make it 3 so that it’s a strikeout. How pathetic.

  7. I had a feeling that the Monken hire, was really a build an offense for Watson hire. This pretty much confirms that!

  8. This season is going to be really fun with all the “he’s shaking off the rust comments” and “he shows flashes” comments arguing with one another.

  9. “You couldn’t live with your own failure. Where did that bring you? Back to me.”

  10. I highly urge every attendant to boo and throw trash at this predator every time he steps on th field.

  11. This is not acceptable.

    Hate these losers.

Edit: to be clear, I hate the FO/ownership, not the team.

  12. Never forget that Jimmy hates us all and many of us keep giving him money like idiots.

  13. If Haslam really shares our fans’ frustration, he wouldn’t bring Watson back on the field.

  14. Jimmy Haslam must have came from money because he appears to be really F’n stupid.

  15. I dont understand why him starting is even an option.

Let’s say, for the sake of argument, hes back into top 5 form. The browns win 12 games and go to the divisional or afc championship game. Then what? Do you resign a 30+ year old QB who’s had one good season in the last, what, 8 seasons? If so what do you think hes going to want in a contract? Good luck keeping your fan base if you sign him to another 50mil/year contract if he doesn’t both stay healthy AND perform.

They should be going all in on getting quality pieces on offense and seeing if Sanders can be the guy this year in a full time role. If hes mediocre, hopefully we have trade capital to trade up in the 2027 craft for a QB, if hes trash then we should be in position to draft that QB, and if hes a Rockstar then we dont need to worry about it. Either way either Sanders or the rookie QB is in a better situation.

  16. I’m not sure what could totally end my fandom of the browns, but Watson starting 17 games and being extended surely may at least make it possible
