1. The Angels need to leave. Arte Moreno was the worst decision Anaheim has ever made. Long Beach… HHHAAAAAA there's no room for anything there…. that's just Arte trying to BS the people of the OC. Moreno is an A-hole.

2. I can see the Angels leaving LA, after all the NFL was not in the market for decades. I can also see the Dodgers working hard behind the scenes to get them out of town.

11. If they have to move their best bet is Long Beach. It’s still close enough to where they would keep a large portion of their fan base. Inglewood is a lot closer to Anaheim than Sacramento is to Oakland, but might as well just be as far away due to traffic. I highly doubt the fan base will be going there as regularly and you could say goodbye to most of your season ticket holders. Tustin is the best choice but too many NIMBYs there for that to happen.

13. They are not moving out of the Anaheim area. Also they would have to contend with the Dodgers and the 75 miles within Dodgers stadium, Dodgers are going to claim territory rights to a lot of the LA area.

14. Arte just change the name. Los Angeles is not representative of where the Angels play, nor culturally or geographically. Why not listen to your fanbase

15. Only if they are smart enough to make the move. Staying would be a colossal mistake.

16. Orange County is a big enough market on its own for pro sports. If I owned the team, I would immediately restore them to the Anaheim Angels and redevelop Angel Stadium, and I would triple down on Orange County by having OC CA on their city connects.

    I live in Baltimore, the city most closely situated to Anaheim (at least in my opinion) in America.

19. I work right next to the proposed site in Long Beach. LB is not happening, that city can't make anything happen (there's a Hard Rock Hotel that's 2 years overdue for groundbreaking right next door), and the Sports Arena generates convention revenue for the city. Its not sexy, but its money for a city that's over budget. LB is not happening. And yes, traffic would be hell.

25. The Los Angeles/Orange County market is big enough for two MLB teams The Angels don't need to leave SoCal; I think they need to entrench themselves deeper into Orange County. If they have to build a new stadium, why not a bit farther south, where population is growing fast, like Irvine? One thing is certain… Arte Moreno needs to sell the team and move into retirement. He's too focused on things outside the on-field product – which to actual fans, it REALLY what matters.

30. No. And why would they? OC is a great place for a winning organization. Get rid of Arte Moreno and watch the Angels thrive. If they leave Anaheim, they will fail because there in no following out of Anaheim

32. Bill is a clown and just wanted to stir things up. No way Arte will pay for his own stadium and no city will pay for a stadium. They are stuck with an aging stadium until the team is sold and the new owner works with the city of Anaheim to renovate the stadium.

38. Dude, you’re looking at a map. Last video. You said that and I was in the greater LA Metropolitan. It’s in Orange County. It’s not in LA County. Long Beach is closer to Anaheim than LA.
