  1. Good show, but Colby's wrong on complaints. They're absolutely feedback. And more to that point, you do not, under any circumstance, want customers offering solutions when it's more complex than "stop doing this" and even then it may not be worth hearing. NCAA needs to take the feedback and figure out a fix.

  2. Jesus what a bad take by ur guest on Matthews. “Oh poor Matthews, he should leave” as if the captain of the damn team has nothing to do with the culture. Said it then and I’ll say it again, if the same hit happened to Nylander, Matthews wouldn’t have done a thing either.

    If he forces his way out bc they reacted the same way he would, he should probably find a mirror to look in. Whole teams at fault.
