[Slater] Steph Curry went through practice today. Full contact. He’s about to scrimmage now. Five-on-five. He’s still out tomorrow vs Spurs and doubtful for Thursday vs Cavaliers but this is a large step toward his return. Full update (via Kerr):

  1. Play-in basketball, a Golden State staple these past few years.

Will be fun to see how Steph and KP play off each other, seems they’ll at least have a few games regular season games under their belt before that 9/10 play-in.

8th seed, the 15th overall pick, and a 1st round series vs the reigning champs?

  2. Finally bruh I’ll go insane if I have to watch any more of Podz dribbling out the shot clock

  3. The 10th seed is guaranteed; they will do everything to preserve him for the play-ins.

  4. Whatever you do DO NOT bring him for his first game back vs HOU. Amen Thompson & company will maul the hell out of him

  5. Finally!

Even if this somehow still dragged out through the season’s end (doubt it), just moving in the right direction is always great to see.

  6. I think they’re trying to slowly ramp him up for the playins now that the 10th seed is guaranteed…can’t wait to see Steph hoop again!

  7. Steph Curry is slated to start the last day of playoffs in ESPN league play. So pick him up off free agent wire, to use for one game.

  8. Honestly, I’d rather see the W’s park Curry for the rest of the season. This draft is loaded with talent, so you want that high draft pick this year. I’ve seen enough to think KP and Melton should be retained, if possible.

  9. With a healthy steph, anything can happen in the play-in & first round in the playoffs

  10. If we have him and Seth on the court at the same time for just 3-5 minutes that would be enough

  11. im going to the cavs game thursday…SO YOURE SAYING THERES A CHANCE (pls only play him like 10 min max)

  12. Out & doubtful for the next 2. Only 5 more after that. Just let the man rest and recover. Don’t make him take this injured ass team through the play-ins and first round.
