1. Yesterday's game came down Rp and of course, send Brown out there, please release him or trade him, he stinks.

2. The start of this season between the underperformance, injuries and Brewers being nearly unbeatable once again = disaster. Not panicking yet, but if they don’t start winning series consistently soon, they could be in real trouble by the end of the month. Schedule gets stiffer starting next week.

   Frustrating part the last two days has been the fact that the Cubs got a few leads and immediately blew them. Yesterday they led 3-0, bullpen 💩 the bed right after. Today, Taillon did the same after Nico’s 2run single in the 2nd inning. Have to be able to get those shutdown innings.

3. The Cubs entered the this week with the 2nd best hard baseball hit rate at 46%. The Cubs are making contact but unfortunate loud outs.

6. Kap relax. You are panicking over nothing. It’s baseball, it levels out. All this bs about approach, lineups, bullpen. Stfu and let it play out.

7. Tried saying it before this season. This lineup is just good. No real superstar. They will make the playoffs, but they will have many games like this

8. Taillion and Shota should not be on the same team. They give up too many homers. I’ve never seen anything like this. Those two pitchers always lose on homers.

10. Start of season and Cubs are flat while rest of NL Central is hot and over .500. Bregman is a notorious slow starter, plus not as young as he used to be. Why they blew apart a very good 2025 bullpen is beyond me. Kevin Cash is a fine manager and a fixture in TB. Conforto has been washed up for years now.

15. What I really going on here? Since 2017 this team plays lackluster 75% of the time, no matter talent or the pay scale. Could this owner be affecting the players in a negative way? Is the clubhouse broken?
    While we see ownership sign big checks, we see no leadership from the top, no accountability from the players, a broken system.
    Does ownership feel the only job is to sign big checks? And screw as many fans with high prices and no broadcasting as possible?
    Maybe we should start holding Mr Ricketts accountable, and boycott Wrigley until his team WANTS to win a World Series?

32. Another stupid line-up and poor bullpen decisions!…and no sense of accountability from "Consuella"! The one upside to the Cubs failing would be Consuella being sent packing! I never wish for someone to be fired but in this case (inc. this yr he's owed $24 mil!) I can make an exception! I couldn't stand him as a player and as Mil's mgr!…now I disdain him and his smug arrogance! I guess I suffer from "CDS" Counsell Derangement Syndrome! Where's a couch?!
