My favorite part of this is when they make him the fan of the game. “Well, he’s the Pepsi fan of the game until he gets thrown out.” Sends me every time.
I miss Don and Jerry so much.

I hope the park is planning something big to commemorate the 20th anniversary of this critical turning point in Red Sox history next year.
NESN Red Sox games are not and never will be the same. The Orsillo/Remy partnership was the gold standard. I don’t see a broadcast chemistry in our lifetime at least with the Sox that will ever come as remote close as that duo.
We’ll never get this moment because nobody throwing pizza from a stadium in this economy

This is tops but at some point they had Lenny Clark and Denis Leary in the booth and I legit thought Don was going to die from laughter-induced asphyxiation. I’ve never found the clip online.

Middlebrooks during yesterdays game said something to the effect of, “Anytime someone says Kiner-Falefa, I hear Jerry saying it. I wish he was still here to announce Kina-Falefer”
As important in red sox lore as Fisk’s home run, Roberts stealing second, Papi’s granny over Tori Hunter’s glove and Benintendi’s catch. Miss ya Remdawg
