This team is hopeless

This team is a joke
I got a gun I’m gonna do it to myself

Until pitching is fixed or somehow improves
Gotta imagine joe espada and dana browns reputation are at an all time low.
Being that its a contract year for them, they aint coming back.
Abreus gotta go. Whether it’s to AAA to get his confidence/mechanics back or another team but he’s currently not fit to be on the roster
The worst pitching in baseball continues to be the worst. Abreu sucks. Paredes sucks, although pinch hitting for him with Shay is fucking stupid.
I don’t know how long it’ll take Joe to realize Abreu is only good when he’s a setup man pitching in the 8th
Abreu rocking that 14.73 ERA.
Joe: He’s our guy. Stay patient. He’ll show up.
What a joke lmao. He’s gotta go.
This team does feel pretty hopeless with the way the pitching staff is going, but I’m still optimistic. 141 games left only 5 games under .500 in a seemingly winnable division. I think when Hader and Sousa and Brown come back things will even out.
Bryan Abroken
Some positives:
– Lambert did a lot better than his statline showed. Just gotta limit walks
– Yordong did some Yordong things
The bad:
– Abreu. What to do with him? Methinks phantom IL stint to figure out what’s going on
Gotta trade parades for a pitcher . Bryan’s gotta go.
With the way he’s performed you would think Vasquez has earned himself more starts.
Realistically what hope do we even have? We have two good starters in LMJ and Brown and one of them is on the il. All our relief is a craps shoot of bargain bin pickups. There’s still a lot of baseball left but the bullpen has been throwing pure ass for almost 3 weeks now with no signs of anything changing. Just feels like a watch and hope for nothing kind of season.
At least we got this:

Shay Whitcomb is absolute butt booty
I had to watch this dogshit in person.
I struggle to blame Espada. Your elite closer is out until May, your elite setup man has turned into a pumpkin, and your ace is out until May. You have to start games with Cody Bolton, Ryan Weiss, and Peter Lambert for fucksake
I do blame Dana. Burrows I still have hope for but is struggling, but to have NO pitching depth and just banking on Javier, Blanco, and Hayden returning and being fine is a horrific idea. McCullers is working out (so far) but to have waited so long to call Arrighetti or Alexander up is malpractice
I won’t toss the season out yet, if we finish the month hovering around .500 I will have hope as always. Just win the series and see where we go, seems no one in the AL wants to run away with it
I fear the longer this goes on, the more the lineup will have a “what’s the point?” attitude about RBI’s. They put up 9 runs against the A’s and then got walked off. May begin to feel pointless to bring in runs when you need double digits most games just to have a chance at winning.
No more Abreu……ever. Cut ties. He’s toast.
Yordan is GREAT. Abreu is ASS.
It was cool seeing Ryne Stanek pitch again! Loved that guy.
wtf is going on with Abreu broooooooo
Please get him out of our lineup
Sell everyone but 44
Abreau sucks right now!
So fucking depressing dude. We have to score 10 runs to have any chance of winning games.
Rebuild coming.
I miss Nori
Least seattle is in the shitters club with us.
Going from game 7 alcs to this
