  1. There’s been multiple players that’s come out and said The Ravens practices were the hardest of their careers. Also I don’t think Zay is making an excuse for practicing too hard. Watching the interview he was more so speaking on how hard it was to recover from those practices. Go look up Mike Davis talking about Ravens practice, look up Derek wolf and etc.. 2023 offseason the Ravens strength and conditioning was graded an F! So there’s some truth in what Zay is saying.

  2. Oohh.. I'm so good that I don't practice hard! No wonder they don't win championships. Soft mfer. When practices were hard and football was tough did Ray Lewis whine?

  3. Finally, some players UNHAPPY with their coach, but hes out of town now. Where was this content during the season. Yall need to get more of this non-Philly issues out in the open.

  4. Can you imagine a world where after week 11 they can only practice 3 times in pads. What a bunch of pussies. NFL is going to die like NBA. It’s coming. And if the ā€œscienceā€ isn’t perfect or guaranteed, it’s not science. Science is perfect and guaranteed. Someone that says science isn’t guaranteed means they think gravity is 50/50. Science is based on being 100%. Think 1 plus 1 equals 2.

  5. I get what Zay Flowers was getting at, but you just can't say this kind of thing out loud tho because it can sound like he's making excuses lol. Like, could you imagine if let's say Keon Coleman said this ? I can almost guarantee you that the media would've found a way to blame that on Josh Allen too with how much they be hating on that dude haha, but I digress lol. Zay Flowers can't say this out loud fr. It does sound like an excuse, even though I don't think it really is. It'll just come off that way

  6. Julian has chiefs derangement syndrome for sure. No team gets as many stray shots as the chiefs when it’s not even a chiefs video lol. Nick literally mentioned the chiefs superbowls when the O line had so many injuries that maybe you can accredit some of the blowouts to that maybe not the loss. Not to mention they made it to the Super Bowl with those Olines and it’s a valid point. He was just saying the ravens haven’t had an injury problem over the last few years that was substantial enough to accredit playoff losses to the injuries. Missing one player is fine I think when you start missing multiple starters especially in the same position group things start to look messy. If you lose one player that’s not your QB and you immediately can’t compete in a game you probably aren’t that good anyway.

  7. This is why the media should only talk about the teams they actually know about …20 & 21 the Ravens had the most injuries in the league …They had 5 starters tear ACL in training camp …2 years ago when they lost to the Bills everyone has selective memory …Zay Flowers was out the final 4 games of the season …Andrews was out for 8 games & Bateman didn’t finish the game vs the bills due to injury …Lamar was down his top 2 wideouts in that game but no one ever mention it …The same game Andrews had the 2 drops and the fumble ..he was down Zay & Bateman ! Still went 13 for 14 in the second half .

  8. Greg Jennings is wrong… I’ve heard multiple players (Darren Waller on BWTB off the top of my head) talk about how the ravens practice harder and more physical than anywhere they’ve been and guys get banged up because of it.

  9. I can understand this complaint. Its part of why training camp is not 2 a days like they did in the past. It's why a lot of teams do more walkthroughs and shorter padded practices. Most players now have their own personal trainers, massage therapists, etc to aid in recovery.

  10. Soft mindedness, this the reason why they can’t have playoff success, because they are soft minded and like Julian said, undisciplined. Harder practices are beneficial to overall health of the team over the course of a season

  11. 2:52 Nick is half way tellin the truth… players would be injured throughout the season or towards the end of the season and nd clawing to make it back for the playoffs not being able to gel

  12. 6:33 I could say it’s from the fatigue… there is a such thing as being ā€œover consistentā€. I believe you said you played baseball right. Training… practice… exercise is great but rest is a huge component to all of it. Being actual sleep or just not going 100 for the day. I box so when you start to fatigue you try to be more disciplined but other things fall off trying to over compensate. Like your taught to keep your guard up but the more you go on you drop your hands a bit more or you start leaning over your punches or mistimed things. That’s why during training camps the closer they get to the fight they stop doing heavy sparring nd focus on maintaining weight studying and game planning etc

  13. Lamar Jackson was injured the whole entire season Zay flowers if he says paddock practices, 14 games a year that’s don’t mean the whole amount of time. Say flowers was injured the day they played the bills game. He was at one of the injury he overcame that but the following year Jesse Minter it’s not the same as last year the whole new offensive defense has it’s not the samešŸ¦ā€ā¬›šŸ–¤šŸ’œ

  14. Bro Harbs was Ravens HC for more than the last couple yrs. So go back to when he FIRST became the HC and HOFers like Reed was saying THE SAME THING Zay said. So did Pollard. So did Mike Davis. Not to mention we've gotten FINED for our practices, had to FIRE our strength and conditioning coach, etc so this ish aint new to Ravens fans, the practices AND the conditioning tests. We been been knew about Harbs stupid azz mentality. You think because they werent THEE MOST injured team that what he's saying is incorrect?? Thats weird logic. It's also weird to say we havent heard that from players of the 49ers and they've been among the worst injured. Maybe they dont have outspoken players like Zay or Reed. Mike Davis was retired when he came out and said what he said. Do you really think Zay would've said what he said if Harbs was still HC? 100% no… but would not saying it mean that he DIDNT still feel the way he feels about practice? OFC NOT….YOU just wouldn't have heard it… yet. So miss me with the we dont hear 49ers players saying the same. We don't know if Shanahan is a go hard bullhead like Harbs now do we?? We aint at practice so the only way to know IS from the players….and there's no way you think Zay is the ONLY ONE who feels this way do you? OFC NOT…he's the only one talking rn tho so just because you dont hear it dont mean others aint feeling the same way…about Harbs AND/OR about other coaches around the league, 49ers or whoever

BTW Mike Davis been on 6 different teams and he was saying what Harbs does IS OD AND NOT THE NORM
