This won’t be popular, but it’s real having worked around MiLB. You understand the pitch presented, the pitcher of starting/relieving and where they rank in the roster ability or even the count and pitches thrown and you can grade hitters much better. Better yet, understand why he did/didn’t swing.
A third of a AA roster could be on a MLB roster, but here we get to know the great of the capable. A highlight is fun but tells me little of the situation. I get he is a power hitter, but he needs development, not rushing.
