(WFRV) – Cribbage is a Wisconsin favorite, and the Milwaukee Brewers may have hit a home run with one of their most popular giveaways yet, a custom cribbage board featuring the team’s iconic racing sausages.

The collectible was handed out to the first 25,000 fans at American Family Field during Saturday’s game against the Minnesota Twins on May 17. With a sellout crowd on hand and long lines wrapping around the stadium, many fans walked away empty-handed.

Now, the limited-edition board has become a hot commodity online. Listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace and eBay show the boards reselling for around $100, with some reaching as high as $150.

Fans are calling it one of the best giveaways in Brewers history, comparable to 2023’s Giannis Antetokounmpo City Connect jersey giveaway, which also drew long lines and high resale prices.

Though some have expressed frustration over missing out, the Brewers actually offered the cribbage board to more fans than most MLB teams typically do. Across the league, many promotional giveaways are limited to 15,000 fans or fewer.

To help keep fans engaged, the Brewers have expanded their 2025 promotional schedule from 14 to 17 giveaway events.
