LSU is 48-15 and has won its last three games. The Tigers opened the NCAA Regional with wins over Little Rock and Dallas Baptist before a 10-4 loss to Little Rock set up a must-win final game, which LSU won 10-6. The team then swept West Virginia in the Super Regional.
These conference rivals last met for a three-game series in May. LSU won the first game in extra innings, then run-ruled the Razorbacks 13-3 in seven innings in the second game, but Arkansas ended the series on a strong note with a 7-4 win.
