2025 may not be going as expected for both Adolis García and the Texas Rangers, but both will hope that Saturday afternoon will provide a spark moving forward.

In the bottom of the 11th inning, the Rangers were tied with the Chicago White Sox 4-4, when García came up to bat with Jake Burger on second base and Evan Carter on third.

García then connected on a pitch from White Sox left-hander Tyler Alexander to bring home Carter and win the game for Texas.

Not only was the hit García’s third of the game, but the win on Saturday ensures that the Rangers will take the series over the White Sox. It also moves them within a game of .500 and only six games back of the American League West leaders Houston Astros.
