CLEVELAND (WKBN) — Cleveland Guardians slugger Jose Ramirez is currently the leading vote-getter for third basemen for the 2025 Major League All-Star Game.

The first voting update was released by Major League Baseball on Monday afternoon.

Ramirez currently has received 968,754 votes, leading Boston’s Alex Bregman who has 397,581. Ramirez, who started last year’s Midsummer Classic, is seeking his seventh All-Star selection.

Cleveland’s Steven Kwan is currently fourth in voting among American League outfielders.

The 2025 MLB All-Star Game will take place on Tuesday, July 15 at Truist Park in Cumberland, Georgia. The game will be televised nationally on FOX.

All-Star voting concludes on June 26. The following are the current vote totals for both the American and National Leagues:
