The Los Angeles Dodgers are coming off an exciting victory against the San Diego Padres on Monday that welcomed Shohei Ohtani back to the mound after 22 months away, and marked his pitching debut in a Dodgers uniform.

As L.A. looks ahead to the second game of this four-game set against the Friars, they will be lining up against right-hander Randy Vasquez who boasts a 3.57 ERA across 68 innings of work this season.

Vasquez lasted 4.2 innings against the Dodgers in his most recent outing last Wednesday, allowing two hits and an earned run as the Dodgers eventually won the contest.

The 26-year-old has shown immense promise with a 2.78 ERA across 35.2 innings this season. Dryer has an ERA+ of 142, ranking him 42 percent better than a league-average hurler, and has thrown 35 strikeouts to just 15 walks on the year.
