At Rogers Centre: Rodriguez, after a rough month of May and a stint on the injured list, has pitched fairly well in his two starts since being activated. He threw 6 â…“ innings and allowed two runs on six hits in a win over the Seattle Mariners on June 11. Rodriguez is 2-2 in five starts and six total appearances at Rogers Centre, with a 3.82 earned run average. As a member of the Boston Red Sox, he pitched in the same division as Toronto for years. Overall, Rodriguez is 5-6 with a 4.97 ERA in his career against the Blue Jays. … Lauer splits time as a starter and reliever and figures to pitch the most on June 18, but out of the bullpen in relief of an opener. Lauer, formerly in the NL with the Padres and Brewers, is 3-4 with a 2.44 ERA in nine starts in his career against the Diamondbacks.
