The Los Angeles Dodgers said Thursday that they have denied Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents access to their stadium grounds.

“This morning, ICE agents came to Dodger Stadium and requested permission to access the parking lots. They were denied entry to the grounds by the organization. Tonight’s game will be played as scheduled,” the team wrote on X.

The immigration agents’ presence at the baseball stadium comes amid a broader crackdown by the Trump administration, which has sparked ongoing protests in Los Angeles over the president’s immigration policies.

The Dodgers organization is expected Thursday to announce its plans to assist with local immigrant communities in Los Angeles, according to the Los Angeles Times.

A request for comment from ICE was not immediately returned.
